Linda Flynn Art | “My artwork is all about color. I paint with alcohol inks. These inks are a dye based ink that uses alcohol to blend and mix. The finished result is an extremely bright and luminous painting. I paint on ceramic tiles and Yupo paper. These surfaces are nonporous, which allows the ink to remain on top and not saturate into the material. The colors remain rich and vibrant. My paintings are mostly inspired by images from nature. |

Her work is devoted to exploring the limits, aesthetics, and possibilities of paint, medium, and form. She is commonly inspired by the action painting techniques of Abstract Expressionism.
